The “Fountain of Fame", is the only organ fountain from the XVII century that is preserved in Spain and one of the four that are preserved in the world. There were installed in it different hydraulic mechanisms, whose task was to produce sounds from the transmission of the air.

In the year 2006, the Italian archeology Professor Leonardo Lombardi restored this hydraulic chamber with a new mechanism, a hydraulic automatic organ that works with the air pressure produced by the water, using the same the system of the Italian  villas  built during the renaissance and baroque periode.

The British Rodney Briscoe, who also participated in this restoration, is today the only craftsman able to restore the machinery of a source component of these characteristics.
